- MyPeopleDoc: a digital safe for storing payslips and documents sent by HR. Payslips are archived and can be viewed at any time.
- CA Épargne Salariale: direct access to Crédit Agricole’s banking website to manage payments related to profit-sharing and employee savings plans (PEE and PERCO).
- Coop’Acompte: an integrated app that lets employees request a salary advance in just a few steps, without filling out a paper form or contacting the payroll department directly.

Signing in to the employee portal: username, password and mobile app
Authentication uses the employee’s Cooperl work email address. This is the only username required to access the platform.
Signing in from a web browser
The portal is available through an internal URL provided by HR. There is no public link on cooperl.com that leads directly to the employee portal, which can be confusing the first time you try to sign in. Looking for an “Espace salarié” button on the institutional website’s homepage won’t work: Cooperl portals are organized by user profile (farmer members, job applicants and employees).
Signing in from the mobile app
The “Espace Salarié Groupe Cooperl” app can be downloaded from Google Play. It offers the same features as the web version. Employees also sign in using their work email address.
One thing to keep in mind: the mobile app and website are two separate ways to access the same portal. Documents viewed in one are also available in the other, since storage (MyPeopleDoc, CA Épargne Salariale) is managed by third-party services synchronized with the employee’s account.
Forgotten password or blocked access: who to contact
Cooperl’s public resources do not describe a self-service password reset process for the employee portal. The “Nous contacter” page on cooperl.com is a general contact form, not a dedicated support channel for employees having trouble signing in.
In practice, HR or the internal IT department is the right point of contact for restoring access. Employees who can’t sign in should contact their site’s HR manager directly rather than use the public form, which handles very different types of inquiries (press, job applications and questions from farmers).
If the mobile app rejects your login details but you can sign in on the web, the app is often out of date. Checking for an update on Google Play resolves most of these issues.
Don’t confuse the employee portal with Cooperl’s other portals
The Cooperl Group operates several separate digital platforms. It’s easy to mix them up because their names are similar and the cooperl.com institutional website has no direct link to the employee portal.
My Cooperl Suite, for example, is a tool for analyzing farm activity data. It is intended for farmer members managing their operations, not for group employees. The Cooperl Salaisons FoodService website also has a “Mon compte” area, but it is for professional customers of the cured meats division (restaurants, distributors and butchers/delicatessens).
Each portal is intended for a specific user profile: farmer member, business customer or employee. Searching for “Cooperl connexion” often brings up the institutional website or My Cooperl Suite, neither of which leads to the employee portal. The most effective search includes the terms “espace salarié Cooperl” or the exact name of the mobile app.
Personal data and digital safe security
Payslips and HR documents stored in MyPeopleDoc are kept in a digital safe separate from Cooperl’s internal infrastructure. For questions about retention periods or access to archived payslips, the site’s HR department can provide guidance tailored to each situation.
For questions about how personal data is processed in these tools, the site’s HR department remains the most direct point of contact. Privacy policies are the responsibility of both Cooperl (as the employer) and the third-party providers that host the data.
